We purchased this home as a way to spend time with our children, and offer others a respite from the busy day-to-day world!  We strive to not only offer the best value, but also the best experience on the beach!  We provide much more than others (e.g. - linens and toilet paper!), so that you can come, relax and enjoy being with those you love.  We would love to have you as our guests.

You'll enjoy this beautiful 3 bedroom townhome with a view of the Atlantic. Our guests have raved about how well equipped our townhome is!  I have often prepared Thanksgiving meals in the unit, with everything I needed! There are two levels of balconies - the one off the master is very private, and the one on the top has a great view!

 

We have a beautiful and large square wood dining table, and a comfortable sectional with 2 recliners in the living room. In 2022, we lived in the unit all winter and totally renovated it!  Every year we do some replacements and additions. The majority of the unit was repainted (including removal of the popcorn ceiling in the main living area), the kitchen cabinets were replaced and topped with Quartz countertop.  We re-created our wet bar to be a coffee bar and added much additional cabinetry for our guests to have more space for their own goods, especially for a long-term rental.. We hope you enjoy them!

We recently replaced the King Master bed mattress , and now it has a new comforter.  This year, we also replaced the sectional in the living room, and the coffee table (with an ottoman).

It's a great place for a time of peace and quiet.
